Web site publishing
In November 2009 the www.qedare.com was published on a new web hosting service provider.

In December 2009 www.qedare.com web site was updated with a modified design and a new calendar 2010.

In January 2010, the French version of the web site was published.

Affiliate and Associate Programs
The affiliate programs from ImageVortex, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, Adobe were approved and integrated in November 2009. See the Affiliates web page.

Development Programs
In January 2010, Aviatech Technical Services of Quebec awarded to Q.E.D.A.R.E. contractual engineering work packages in Aeronautical Electrical Engineering to perform aircrafts, fixed-wing (Jetstream 3212, Challenger, ...) and rotary-wing (Bell 206, 212, 214 Series, ...), certification related engineering activities such as feasibility studies, proposals, design modifications, verification and certification.
In janvier 2010, Q.E.D.A.R.E. became member of the RTCA organisation, the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics.
